Detailed feedback on a large order

I recently purchased a set of Muuto Fiber chairs and a large Menu dining table. The ordering process was straightforward, though I did spend some time verifying stock and delivery estimates, as these were larger items. I used their customer support chat feature to confirm the delivery timeline before ordering, and they were helpful. The chairs arrived first, about a week after ordering, well-packed. The dining table came a few days later, requiring a separate delivery slot. Both items were authentic and in perfect condition upon arrival. Assembly for the table was minimal, just attaching the legs. I appreciated the quality of the packaging for such delicate furniture. While the delivery was split, it was within the estimated window. Overall, a solid experience for buying high-end furniture online.

Decent experience, minor delay

I bought a Flos Glo-Ball lamp. The selection was great and the website was easy to navigate. Delivery took about 10 days, which felt a little long, but it did arrive well-packaged and in perfect condition. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status. Overall, happy with the lamp, just wish delivery was a bit quicker.

Got my new dining chairs!

So I finally got around to ordering those new dining chairs I wanted. Found them on Madeindesign, they had a decent price. Shipping took a little bit, like 8 days, but they showed up in good shape. Put them together super easy. They look great in my kitchen. Happy with how it all turned out.

Good value for a designer item

I was looking for a new Fatboy bean bag for my living room and Madeindesign had a pretty good offer. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my first order, which helped a lot. The bean bag arrived in about a week. It felt worth the money given the brand and the discount I managed to get.
